Pizza & Cornish Pasties

In this class we will make a pizza dough from 00 flour and make a perfect crisp pizza dough topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella and a variety of beautiful toppings. We will also make an authentic pastie dough and crimp the dough into a beautiful home-made pastie.

Sweet Short Paste & Alsace Tart

In this class we will be making a less sweetened pastry for a tart shell filled with vanilla custard and slices of apples baked to perfection and topped with cinnamon sugar. A lesser known French tart but a classic none the less.

Tin Bread & Bread Rolls

Nothing beats the smell of fresh bread coming out of the oven. In this class each student will make some beautifully hand mould glazed rolls and a white split tin traditionally dusted with flour and split. Come and learn the art of fermenting a dough starter and hand moulding bread.

Chocolates & Truffles
