Tim’s Pastry Club gift certificates make wonderful gifts for any occasion.

Each card has blank lines for you to enter the name of the recipient and your own name as the giver. The card will be sent to the purchaser with an unsealed envelope so you enter the details and give to your loved ones as a gift. Alternatively we can send directly to the receiver and enter the details for you.

Each gift certificate is £40 and can be used to book a class by emailing Tim directly to arrange which class they would like to attend.

News January 2019

Happy New Year to you all, I am really looking forward to the new term of classes for Tim’s Pastry Club which begin on February the 2nd. I am very pleased to say we have some brand new classes for the first term of the year including apple strudel, gateau opera, lime tart & chocolate and orange tart.

Sales of my first book Biscuits & Cookies publishes on October the 28th 2018 have been very good so thank you to everyone who bought a copy, for those of you who would like a copy these are available via the link on this site or if you would like a book signed I have copies available to purchase in the classes as well as pastry club aprons and gift certificates exchangeable for classes which all make excellent presents.

Each month I will be posting a recipe with musings so for this month I decided to create a recipe for home-made Nutella. I know that people have a love hate relationship with this product in that they love the taste but have an uneasy feeling about the bad press that palm oil (a major ingredient in Nutella) and the issues relating to that. So as I used nutella in a cookie recipe in my book biscuits and cookies I decided to make an alternative.

    A lovely way to learn to bake yummy cakes,bread etc.... Able to to take away recipies and cook them again. Plenty of great tips. As well as lots of tea, coffee and fun. Always being shown how to do things the correct way that always works.
