Gift Certificates
Tim’s Pastry Club gift certificates make wonderful gifts for any occasion.

Each card has blank lines for you to enter the name of the recipient and your own name as the giver. The card will be sent to the purchaser with an unsealed envelope so you enter the details and give to your loved ones as a gift. Alternatively we can send directly to the receiver and enter the details for you.

Each gift certificate is £40 and can be used to book a class by emailing Tim directly to arrange which class they would like to attend.

News March 2019

Pastry classes are now in full swing with excellent numbers and lots of happy bakers creating wonderful dishes so if you are planning to attend a class this term book soon as classes are filing very quickly. The current term ends on Saturday June 1st and will take a break the weekend after for the food festival and restart on June the 15th and run through until July the 27th.

On Thursday April 4th Andy Parr, The lovely ladies from the WI and myself will be on ridge radio with Karen and Mima to promote the bake off at the food festival please do tune in and hear all the latest news about this including the chosen charity and what will be on the stall for sale. I will be sponsoring the event and putting the prizes up for the category winners and the overall winner.
Please do try and submit an entry not only to win a prize but all the cakes submitted will be sold to the public and will raise lots of money for the chosen charity the food bank. If you are unable to bake an entry please do come along and buy as many cakes as possible to support the event and the charity. I will also have copies of my book biscuits and cookies on sale with £5 of each copy sold going to the charity.

Lastly the latest recipe of the month is available, this month I have put up a beautiful moist zingy lemon cake simple and delicious so do check it out.

    A lovely way to learn to bake yummy cakes, bread etc.... Able to take away recipes and cook them again. Plenty of great tips. As well as lots of tea, coffee and fun. Always being shown how to do things the correct way that always works.
