News December 2018

I am delighted that my first book Biscuits & Cookies has now been published. This book published at the end of October was a labour of love and a collection of my recipes that I am very proud of. Many thanks to everyone who has bought a copy either for themselves or for a Christmas present. The book has a direct link here to purchase on amazon either a paper copy or as a kindle download.

I am also pleased to announce that there will be many more volumes of recipes to come. I have complied all of my recipes on file into boxes to prepare to work on and there are at least 15 more titles worth of material to work from.

I can reveal that the next book I am working on will be called “Tart & Pies”. This book like the first one will be a collection of 32 recipes with sections on techniques with basic recipes with a page count of about 100 pages. I have the titles already compiled and I have already begun to work on the new book. My intention is to publish the next book for late spring next year with hopefully a Christmas book to follow shortly afterwards.

I have also decided to post a recipe each month with the latest news. The first recipe is one of my favourites from the book “brown sugar cardamom shortbreads” these gorgeous biscuits are great with a coffee and keep really well so please do try it and if you haven’t bought the book yet this recipe is in there.

We have just 3 pastry classes now to run for 2018. Thank you to all of the people who have attended and supported me this year particularly to my class assistant Penny Brown who has helped the classes run very smoothly.

Here is the class schedule for the first term back in 2019. These classes will be available to book in January 2019 but I have listed the schedule here so you can pencil in classes of interest.

May I take this opportunity to wish all of my students, friends and loved ones a very merry Christmas and a happy new year and I look forward to seeing you at a class soon.

Happy baking
Tim x
