Summer Fruit Tart June 2018

news-july2018

News July 2018

We are close to the end of this terms classes which have been very well attended with lots of new people and lots of new dishes. We are taking a break from mid-July and start again on September the 8th. All the new classes are listed below and will be available to book very soon.

Huge congratulations to the ladies of the WI who raised £630 at the Caterham bake off held on June 10th which I had the honour of judging. A special note to Martin Llewelyn one of the pastry clubs students who not only won a category but was awarded the best overall entry. I expected nothing less and he truly delivered an outstanding cake.

There won’t be any new blogs while the book is being finished, new blogs will be posted when the classes restart in September.

See you at a class soon, happy baking
Tim x
