Gift Certificates
Tim’s Pastry Club gift certificates make wonderful gifts for any occasion.

Each card has blank lines for you to enter the name of the recipient and your own name as the giver. The card will be sent to the purchaser with an unsealed envelope so you enter the details and give to your loved ones as a gift. Alternatively we can send directly to the receiver and enter the details for you.

Each gift certificate is £40 and can be used to book a class by emailing Tim directly to arrange which class they would like to attend.

Welcome to Tim’s Pastry Club

News July 2020

A very warm hello to everyone from Tim’s Pastry Club. I hope everyone is well and keeping themselves safe in these very worrying times. I am delighted to announce that pastry classes are starting again On September 12th 2020 at Oasis Academy. This is the longest break we have had since classes began in 2015 but we are of course adhering to the wishes of Oasis Academy who have quite rightly put public safety first. The new classes are up and ready to be booked so please feel free to start booking. There are some people who booked classes in the last term and their requests will be honoured first because they were kind enough to wait and not ask for a refund. Please see the measures we have put in place which also clarifies our refund policy.

I am pleased to say that we have many new classes this term and my third book Café Cakes is also very near completion and should be on Amazon around the end of July. As in my previous two books there are 32 recipes including two types of brownie, Victoria sandwich. Lime & coconut cake, raspberry cake, salted caramel cake and many more. I think this is the best book I have written yet and as most people bake cakes more than other baked products I believe it has a wide appeal.

Sales of my first two books Biscuits & Cookies and Tarts & Pies have been very good. Anyone wishing to purchase copies these are available via the link on this site or if you would like a book signed I have copies available to purchase in the classes as well as pastry club aprons and gift certificates exchangeable for classes which all make excellent presents.

I will be posting a recipe of the month for August but as I have so much going on getting the classes up and finishing my third book a July recipe was not possible but this monthly feature will return soon I promise.

    A lovely way to learn to bake yummy cakes, bread etc…. Able to take away recipes and cook them again. Plenty of great tips. As well as lots of tea, coffee and fun. Always being shown how to do things the correct way that always works.
