News July/August 2019

Greetings,
I hope you are enjoying the holiday period, pastry classes have now finished for the summer and will commence again from September the 7th and run up to December the 21st. The list of new classes is posted below, these will be available to book online very soon.

Thank you to everyone who has bought a copy of my second book Tarts & Pies the book got into the top 10 baking books on amazon in its first week and has already sold about 50 copies. A special thank you to everyone who took the trouble to write a review as well this is much appreciated. Copies of my books will be available in the class to buy at £15 so if you would like to purchase one and have me sign it for you please do ask. Pastry Club aprons will also be available to purchase and these too are £15 each.

There will not be a recipe of the month for July and August as I am hard at work on book number three ‘Macarons and Macaroons’ which I hope to have on Amazon well before Christmas this year so watch this space. A new recipe of the month will be posted for September so check back then for a free recipe.

I hope you all enjoy your summer break and I look forward to seeing you soon at a pastry class.

Happy Baking

I’ve attended Tim’s classes for nearly 2 years now. His classes are educational, friendly, and most of all fun. His baking tips and techniques are enthusiastically delivered each week resulting in super results. I have baked items ranging from delicious Soda Bread to Macarons! Tim makes classes interesting and tried to cater for everyone’s tastes. My favourites so far have been the carrot cake, Treacle tarts and delicious Bakewell Tart
